Women is superior

“Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you give her sperm, she’ll give you a baby.. If you give her a house, she’ll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she’ll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she’ll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of shit!”

This is so true!!

kodokushi (孤独死)

I first saw this piece of news in the local Singapore TV channel about a man in Japan died in his own house and no one notice until l,

First, I felt very sorry for him, then I can totally relate this story to my experiences in Japan. Bond between family members in Japan can be very weak among all the Asian countries, where family relationship is highly valued.

Kodokushi (孤独死) is a Japanese phrase for a Japanese phenomenon of people dying alone and remaining undiscovered for a long period of time.

My Airbnb bungalow experience in Singapore

This heritage colonial house is the perfect place for chilling out and stay away from the bustling city of Singapore when you are exhausted after exploring the city. Despite its extremely quiet location, it is very close to the city centre, popular spots and attractions such as Holland Village and botanic garden. You can walk to the nearest MRT station within about 15 minutes, and the journey is one of my most enjoyable ones in Singapore. Thanks to the tranquillity of its neighbourhood.

Searching apartment

These are the photos near my new apartment in Singapore. It is between the Farrer Park MRT and Tan Kah Kee MRT, a quiet and nice neighbourhood where lots of nice houses located. I especially love the old trees and jungles.

The coffee academics

Hunting an artisan coffee shop in Singapore can be a daunting task for coffee snob like me, the other day, a friend of mine recommended this place called “The coffee academics”, in the famous shopping area- orchard. It’s on the second floor of Scott Square.

Created by a group of people who are really passionate about coffee, this place   did not disappoint me with its fresh and fruity coffee.

I ordered a normal latte. I have to say the latte art can be fancier considering its high-end price tag. As an amateur like me, may be able to do this simple heart pattern. They also serve a wide range of classic espresso based coffee and brunches.

Singapore Botanic Gardens

First of all, this is the biggest garden I ever visited.  After my first visit, when I was absolutely amazed by the variety of flora and fauna, I decided to search an apartment to live near it. I envisioned that I would be able to workout, jogging in this lovely and beautiful garden in the many coming weekends.

Chinese Food in Singapore

Being a Chinese from mainland China, still I am quite new for loads of Chinese food in Singapore, most of which origins from the southern part of China. We have heard of Hainan Chicken rice often when we talk about Singaporean food in Japan. Today, I discovered something that I never heard of as mainland Chinese and you as well if you are from rest of the world.

  • Tiong Bahru Chwee Kueh

  • Famous Penang Ban Chang Kuih

Their English names are definitely from the Chinese pronunciation, however, I don’t know how to pronounce them correctly.
