Welcome to my home page!
Here is some history. I grow up in a village in Jiaxing, a small town of Zhejiang Province, China. I lived in a very rural life that I was quite enjoyed at that time. Until I was 9 years old, my parents decided to send me to a school in the city. Since then, gradually I became a top student in the elementary school and junior middle school. Then I got the entrance from Jiaxing No.1 middle school, a famous local senior middle school. I met many talent students there and it’s my first time I really felt the high pressure and intense competition.
I had a very bad cold on my “National College Entrance Exam”, which almost decide your future life in China. I didn’t do well in the exam and I went to a local university Ningbo University after graduating from my high school. However, the time with both bitter and sweet memories I spent with my dearest friends in the university is one of the most memorable times in my life.
I went to Shanghai to pursue better opportunities after my university. With a bachelor degree from a non-famous university, it is not easy to find a job there. But Luckily enough I got a software engineer job in Shanghai for about 2 years until May 2007. Since then I have been working in Tokyo, Japan.
Things I love: music of every conceivable type, tennis, snowboarding, movie, Apple products, hanging out with my friends, programming, talking to the smart people and travel.
Things I believe: Everything is possible if you try it hard! 如果没有梦想,就不会有激情,如果没有激情,就难以体味淋漓畅快的人生.
So Why this blog is English? – You are Chinese, aren’t you?
I created this blog originally was just practicing my writing English and not surprisingly you will see a lot English grammar errors in my post. A lot of people from the major such as Computer Science, are not good at writing or foreign language. I am very bad at writing and linguistic stuff too. So I created this website to force myself write something at least every week.
