今天的菜颜色不错。
酱油,麻油,葱和大蒜先拌好。把茄子,番茄,青椒和西葫芦(Zucchini) 分别在锅里稍微煎一下,然后浇上之前拌好的酱,直接盖在米饭上。
秋葵在水里煮两分钟,与纳豆拌一下。
